David Lee Joyner P.E., MBA

Dave Joyner is a registered professional engineer and principal engineer of the Trinity Group, previously located in San Antonio and recently relocated to New Braunfels, Texas. The corporation serves many of the largest markets in the state of Texas with professional engineering and real estate services as well as commercial building construction. Mr. Joyner has over eighteen years experience in the engineering and construction industry and has maintained an engineering practice since 1993.

Between 1987 and 1993, Mr. Joyner worked as a Land Development Supervisor then move on to another position as a Vice President for Land Development for a Real Estate Developer in Central Florida. He has been involved in the development of over twenty single family and multi-use real estate tracts in Florida and Texas.

Mr. Joyner's formal training includes a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin. In 1987, Mr. Joyner completed a Master of Business Administration from the University of the Incarnate Word in San Antonio, Texas and is currently undertaking doctoral level course work.

Over the years he has been a member of a number of professional and civil organizations and now chooses to only join those organizations which he can commit to a substantive participation in time and effort. Some of the organizations to which he has or currently is involved in are:

Mr. Joyner has also been a member of the faculty at the McCoy School of Business at Texas State University - San Marcos, Texas, and at Saint Edwards University in Austin Texas. As a professor, Mr. Joyner has taught Corporate Finance to business majors from their junior year to masters level.

Richard Barbour

Richard Barbour is a licensed engineer who has studied with the University of Nevada with course work in Mechanical & Civil Engineering, Colorado A&M--Electrical Engineering, and Mesa College--General Engineering. Mr. Barbour has also received additional course work in Civil/Structural/Mechanical Inspection, Piping/Welding Inspection, Construction Claims, Advanced Construction Claims, Project Planning and Scheduling, Personnel Management, Contracting Methods, and Cost Control and Accounting. Mr. Barbour has also qualified, by examination, for a Contractors' Licenses in the states of Arizona, California, Indiana, Louisiana, Mississippi, Nevada, New Mexico, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Mr. Barbour has held positions of Senior Project Manager, Construction Manager, Manager of Engineering, and Superintendent. He has been self employed since 1995 and has supplied consulting services for Conveyor Engineering, Inc., Applied Thermal Systems, Inc. and Chevron Pipe Line Company as a project coordinator, supervisor, and manager and a field engineer.

Sharad Mehta

Sharad Mehta is a retired engineer who obtained a B.S. Mechanical Engineering Equivalent from C.E.I.E. Specs in Houston, Texas and studied Sheet Metal Technology at PTC in Rajkot, India. He has been a member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers International P.E, a senior member of the Society of Manufacturing Engineers--USA, a senior associate of The Welding Institute-UK, and a Life Fellow Member of the Indian Institute of Plant Engineers and Institution of Mechanical Engineers-India. Mr. Mehta has over 15 years experience in sheet metal fabrication, construction, inspection and non-destructive testing. He has worked for one of the world's leading mechanical engineering consulting firms and has experience in fabrication, construction and inspection in oil refineries, power plants, and chemical industries.

Bob Rone

Bob Rone has 5 years experience as a licensed Real Estate Inspector and Insurance Property Casualty Adjuster. He is very knowledgeable in construction techniques and processes. Mr. Rone has received training from Houston Community College Home Inspection Program, Dearborn/Leonard's Texas Property Casualty and LCS Basic Property Claims Adjusting Seminar. Mr. Rone handles our West, Central, and North Houston Inspections.

Currently operating a small business as a real estate inspector and performing Insurance Inspections. Insurance Property Casualty Adjuster with Texas State License number 1126125 (No longer active). Texas Real Estate Commission Professional Real Estate Inspector License #6215. Preformed disaster inspections for PaRR and PB as a FEMA inspector following hurricanes Isabel, Katrina, and Rita. Detail oriented with skills in maintenance and remodeling. Perform foundation assessment and certification inspections since 2003 for Trinity Group. Knowledgeable in construction techniques and processes. Familiar with coastal property construction. Outstanding organizational and time management skills. Positive attitude with knowledge of inspection techniques, insurance, property and casualty regulations.

Randall "Scott" Walker

Randall "Scott" Walker has over 25 years in the construction business. Mr. Walker has experience with the national home building company Jim Walters as well as operating his own custom home building company; in addition, he also has air conditioning, refrigeration and electrical training from Bee County College and is knowledgeable in welding, plumbing, electrical, and roofing. Mr. Walker conducts construction inspections for Trinity Group in the Corpus Christi Metro area.

Ron Hicks

Ron Hicks has 20 years experience in residential and light commercial construction. Mr. Hicks experiences range from the level of superintendent to owner of a residential general construction company. Mr. Hicks is experienced in wood framing, steel framing, as well as slab on grade structures. Mr. Hicks handles our San Antonio inspections.
